The installation process for WebPoint is rather straight forward, but can sometimes be difficult depending on the security setup of your PC, please follow the following step by step process to install WebPoint on your system. If you still have problems making it run after following this walkthough, please contact your Intouch support representative for more information.
This installation guide assumes you will be installing WebPoint on a Windows XP system for the purposes of a development environment. It also assumes you already have an Intouch base install on your machine and an intouch directory on your local C drive.
